Environment and Climate Change Canada is seeking a supplier for scientific diving services to carry out routine annual, unscheduled maintenance and cleaning on the water intakes at six water quality monitoring stations in the connecting waterways of the Great Lakes. There are no security requirements for this solicitation; bidders must provide names or related information as required by section 01 Integrity Provisions of Standard Instructions 2003, and bidders in receipt of a pension or lump sum payment must supply the information requested in the Annex Offeror Declaration Form. The requirement is subject to the provisions of multiple trade agreements (Canadian Free Trade Agreement; Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement; Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP); Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement; Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA); Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement; Canada–Korea Free Trade Agreement; Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement; Canada–Peru Free Trade Agreement; Canada–Ukraine Free Trade Agreement; Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement; World Trade Organization–Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA)). Environment and Climate Change Canada encourages bids from businesses owned or led by Canadians from under-represented groups and provides procurement services in both official languages; bidders may request a debriefing within 15 working days from receipt of results by contacting the named Contracting Officer for additional information.
