Innovation Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) is seeking a supplier for sprinkler maintenance, repairs, and installation services for all sprinkler systems and related security components at the SBC complex located at 3701 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, ON in the National Capital Region. Services are required on an "as and when requested" basis from contract award to March 31, 2027, with option years 2027-2028, 2028-2029 and 2029-2030 for a total possible four-year period, and estimated total expenditures not to exceed $139,200.00 (plus HST). The Contractor must supply all labour, equipment, tools, materials and supervision and provide qualified, licensed technicians to perform semi-annual, bi-annual and annual testing and inspections to ensure systems operate per building codes, perform installations, follow-up services and repairs, replace defective components with new parts, address retrofit and network/version/connectivity issues as identified, and inform the Project Authority in writing within 24 hours of necessary repairs not included in the scope with repair cost estimates submitted for approval prior to work; requested delivery date for all services is on or before March 31, 2027.
