Tender: St. Pascal School Roof Replacement & Fall Protection – 16,150 ft² SBS Roofing (May–Aug 2027)

RMIS Engineering, on behalf of Northern Lights School Division, is seeking qualified contractors to remove approximately 16,150 ft² (1,502 m²) of existing inverted built-up roofing (BUR) and BUR roof systems at St. Pascal School and install a new SBS roofing system with associated fall protection work. The contract will be awarded on a stipulated-sum basis with limited unit-price work; partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Electronic tender documents are available at www.rmiseng.ca under the Contractors link; bids and amendments must be emailed (emails must not exceed 20 MB; file-sharing services may be used) and received before 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, with bids opened privately. Each bid must include security equal to 10% of the bid amount, contractors must be qualified to perform the work, and the successful bidder must be a certified applicator approved by the roofing system manufacturer. Anticipated construction is May 3 to August 16, 2027, and a mandatory on-site review is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026; RMIS and Northern Lights School Division reserve the right to request additional information, verify documents, reject bids, and not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
