About

The Rural Municipality of St. Louis No. 431 is seeking a supplier for supply and delivery of clear diesel fuel to fill two 1,000-gallon storage tanks at the RM maintenance yard in Hoey for 2027, with approximate annual usage of 115,000 liters (actual 2027 volumes may differ). Bidders must provide price per liter plus GST and state availability and any additional cost for fuel monitoring devices. Tenders must be submitted in writing, clearly marked FUEL TENDER, to Rural Municipality of St. Louis No. 431, P.O. Box 28, Hoey, SK S0J 1E0 by 4:00 p.m. on November 10, 2026; tenders will be opened at the regular Council meeting on November 12, 2026 and results provided on or after November 13, 2026. No tender forms or documents will be provided. The Municipality reserves the right to refuse any or all tenders, to not necessarily accept the lowest tender, and to award or refuse tenders based on past working history with a contractor.
