Tender: Supply and Delivery of Hazardous Material Suits – City (Dec 1, 2026 to Nov 30, 2027)

The City is seeking a supplier for the supply and delivery of hazardous material suits from December 1, 2026 until November 30, 2027, with the option of four mutually agreed one‑year extensions. Work will be provided on an “as required” basis, with the type and quantity of items authorized from time to time by the Contract Administrator and/or Users; subject to C7, the City has no obligation to purchase quantities beyond its actual operational requirements. The City may negotiate extension options within 90 calendar days prior to contract expiry (without incurring liability), changes from such negotiations become effective on December 1 of the respective year and cannot be implemented by the Contractor without written approval by the Contract Administrator. Bidders are advised the City may participate in collaborative procurement initiatives that could prevent exercise of extensions. If operational changes substantially alter requirements, the City may alter the type or quantity of work or terminate the contract with 30 calendar days written notice, and no claim for loss of anticipated profit may be made.
