About

Alberta Pensions Services Corporation is seeking a supplier for the supply and delivery of HPE server infrastructure, Nutanix software licensing, Cisco networking products, and related manufacturer support and documentation. Proponents may quote one or more of the HPE, Nutanix, and Cisco categories and will not be disqualified for quoting fewer than all categories; within each quoted category all required line items must be priced and APS may award categories separately. Additional equipment that is not required for delivery by December 15, 2026 is listed in Appendix D and should be priced separately; Appendix D pricing will not be included in the evaluated price for goods required for delivery in 2026, does not constitute a commitment to purchase, and any future purchase will require APS's written authorization and a separate purchase order or agreement. This RFQ does not constitute an offer or commitment by APS.
