About

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP), Saskatchewan Air Ambulance (SAA) is seeking a supplier to provide and deliver one new aircraft tug to the aircraft hangar located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The tug will be used by SAA personnel to safely maneuver, push and tow the current fleet during ground operations, supporting aircraft positioning within hangars, maintenance facilities and apron areas while improving operational efficiency and reducing risks associated with powered aircraft movements in confined or congested environments. The selected tug must be capable of safe year‑round operation given Saskatchewan’s climate and the demanding operational environment at Saskatoon Airport, and must minimize maintenance requirements and environmental impacts. Competition documents and updates are available through the Government of Saskatchewan’s Government Enterprise Management (GEM) system, and registration in GEM is mandatory to access documents and submit a bid.
