About

Shared Services Canada is seeking a supplier for storage devices on behalf of the Privy Council Office for delivery to a location in Ottawa, Ontario. This RFQ intends to award one contract covering the period for delivery, acceptance and warranty; bidders must submit pricing in accordance with Annex A – List of Deliverables and Pricing. The solicitation is open to Canadian suppliers and suppliers of applicable trading partners under the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement, and responsive bids will be evaluated with the lowest evaluated responsive price recommended for award. Canada retains the right to negotiate and bidders must meet all mandatory criteria and evaluation requirements set out in the Request for Quotations (see RFQ and Amendment 000 for complete details). Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada, and suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Contracting Authority’s email (faxed or hard copy bids will not be accepted except in exceptional circumstances).
