Shared Services Canada is seeking a supplier for Synology server storage devices, or equivalent, on behalf of the Department of National Defence for delivery to a location in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The procurement is intended to result in one contract covering delivery, acceptance and warranty; bidders must follow the attached Request for Quotations, submit pricing in accordance with Annex A – List of Deliverables and Pricing, and meet all mandatory and evaluation criteria. The solicitation is open to Canadian suppliers and suppliers of applicable trading partners, responsive bids with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award, Canada reserves the right to negotiate, and documents may be submitted in either official language. Bids must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Authority’s email (faxed or hard copy bids are not accepted except in exceptional circumstances).
