Tender: Supply and Delivery of Transmission System Parts for Transit Buses — Contract to October 31, 2027 (option for up to five 1-year extensions)

The City is seeking a supplier for the supply and delivery of transmission system parts for transit buses from the date of award until October 31, 2027, with an option for up to five mutually agreed one-year extensions. Work will be performed on an as-required basis and the type and quantity of parts will be authorized from time to time by the Contract Administrator and/or Users; the City has no obligation to purchase quantities beyond its actual operational requirements. The City may negotiate any extension within 90 calendar days prior to contract expiry, may participate in future collaborative procurement initiatives that could affect exercise of extensions, and reserves the right to alter the type or quantity of work or to terminate the contract with 30 calendar days' written notice if operational requirements change, with no claim permitted for loss of anticipated profit.
