Tender: Supply and Seasonal Delivery of Snowmaking Chemicals – Contract Through March 31, 2027

The Park is seeking a supplier for snowmaking chemicals to be supplied and delivered on an as-required basis throughout the season up to March 31, 2027; pricing for evaluation shall be based on a quantity sufficient to treat 1,000,000 gallons of water inclusive of all delivery costs (this evaluation quantity is not a guaranteed volume). Bidders must provide details for chemicals compatible with the Park’s snowmaking equipment—including snow lances (four-jetted nozzles per lance), Ratnik ground guns, SMI Puma fan guns and TechnoAlpin T40 fan guns—and submit for the 1,000,000-gallon specification the unit of measure, minimum delivery amount and delivered price based on that minimum. For the Hidden Valley Skill Hill, suppliers must provide recommended application rates, dosing instructions, product specifications and manufacturer literature showing compatibility and that the product can be delivered without clogging, fouling, corroding, scaling or otherwise damaging nozzles, pumps, compressors, piping, valves or other snowmaking equipment. A Short Form Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is also required.
