About

The Rural Municipality of Milton No. 292 is seeking a supplier for supplying and stockpiling a minimum of 10,000 cubic yards of 3/4" road gravel in Marengo, Saskatchewan, to be stockpiled prior to March 30, 2027. Sealed tenders must be received at the municipal office by 4:00 p.m. on December 7, 2026 and must be marked "GRAVEL SUPPLY TENDER". Tenders must include an all-inclusive cost per cubic yard and the legal land description where the gravel was sourced. A sample of the road gravel must be delivered to the municipal office no later than December 7, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. The municipality reserves the right to reject any tender based on gravel quality and to reject any and all tenders; the lowest or any tender is not necessarily accepted.
