Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier for the purchase, delivery and installation of 74 electric height-adjustable extended-corner workstations at 60 Moodie Drive, Carling Campus, Ottawa, Ontario (Building 9, Level 1 and 2 South; solicitation text also references Level 1 South). Delivery and installation must be completed no later than 31 March 2027. The scope covers complete workstations nominally 70 in. x 70 in. with nominal 23 in. depth on both sections and includes all hardware, materials, labour, supervision, tools and equipment required for delivery to final locations, assembly, levelling, testing, protection of the premises, cleanup and warranty documentation. Suppliers must hold a valid Public Works and Government Services Canada Office Furniture for Workspaces Supply Arrangement under the General Supplier Stream for Product Category 2 - Work Surface Products; equivalent products may be proposed where they meet every mandatory technical requirement and are supported by the required evidence. The solicitation allocates 70 points to evaluated price and 30 points to the proposed period for completing delivery and installation, the Indigenous procurement assessment determined the requirement is not set aside, and applicable trade agreements are identified in the solicitation.
