About

ARROW Utilities is seeking a supplier for furnishing all labour, equipment, material, software and on-site services to design, manufacture, test, supply, deliver, commission and provide operator training for an automatic, unattended, backup (non-emergency) power supply system and necessary appurtenances; installation will be carried out by others. Proposals must be signed under seal, executed and dated, emailed to [email protected] using the RFP posting title, and received by 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, October 20, 2026; proposals received after that time will be returned unopened. The lowest cost proposal will not necessarily be accepted, the Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, and proponents may be required to provide supplementary information after closing.
