Shared Services Canada is seeking a supplier for CISCO hardware, software and maintenance and support, or equivalent, for the Department of National Defence for delivery to Gatineau, Québec. This solicitation intends to result in the award of one contract covering the initial contract period, including delivery, acceptance and warranty; bids must comply with all solicitation requirements and pricing must be submitted in accordance with Annex A – List of Deliverables and Pricing. The procurement is open to Canadian suppliers and suppliers of applicable trading partners, documents may be submitted in either official language, and suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Contracting Authority’s email (faxed and hard copy submissions will not be accepted except in exceptional circumstances). The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award and Canada retains the right to negotiate; refer to the Request for Quotations (Amendment 000) for full mandatory and evaluation criteria.
