The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is seeking a supplier for nine Touch Dynamic Razor all-in-one terminals with 15.6-inch LCD touch screen displays to be delivered to the SIGA Central Office in Saskatoon, SK. Bidders must quote prices in Canadian dollars (CAD) with the total cost to SIGA inclusive of all charges (shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and applicable taxes) as itemized; pricing must be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline. SIGA may contact bidders to clarify submissions. All equipment must match the specifications exactly (no substitutes), be new (refurbished, repackaged or used equipment are not acceptable), and suppliers must be authorized re-sellers of the Touch Dynamic brand. Bidders should include any volume-pricing discounts and provide standard warranty details, with optional extended warranty cost and details attached. This RFQ is for supply only; the successful vendor must provide order confirmation and tracking information and ensure the RFQ vendor information section is completed and signed.
