About

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a supplier for the pre-purchase of one new cooling tower for Regina General Hospital to replace existing CT-1 to CT-4, per the Equipment Schedule (SKM-01) and layout (SKM-02) sketches in the attached “RGH- CHILLED WATER UPGRADES - PHASE 3 - COOLING TOWERS - EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE & DWGS” file. The unit will be purchased under a pre-purchase methodology and is to be novated into an installing contractor’s contract at a later date (expected tender/award April 2027) with installation after the 2027 cooling season. Key procurement dates are: Post RFP October 8, 2026; last day for inquiries October 26, 2026; last day for addenda October 28, 2026; closing date November 2, 2026; evaluation/recommendation week of November 2, 2026.
