R.M. of Glenside No. 377 is seeking a supplier for one new 2026 or 2027 motor grader equipped with all requested standard and/or optional equipment, with a possible trade-in of a 2014 JD 772GP or a 2022 Caterpillar 140-15 AWD. Tenders for "Grader" must be received in a sealed envelope addressed to R.M. of Glenside No. 377, Box 1084 Biggar, SK S0K 0M0, or submitted by email clearly identified in the subject line "Grader Tender," by 3:00 p.m. on November 9, 2026; late submissions will not be accepted and there will be no public opening. Submissions must include full specifications, warranty and after-sales support details (including service location and mileage/service charges), pricing with attachments and differences in specs listed separately. Delivery is required FOB to the Rural Municipality Municipal Shop at SE 04-40-14 W3 near Cando, Saskatchewan by April 1, 2027; payment will be made within 30 days of delivery following a successful pre-purchase inspection. Suppliers must maintain a full heavy duty mechanical service workshop with full parts and accessory supply within 150 kilometres of the Municipal Shop. The Rural Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, to waive irregularities and to accept other than the lowest tender; by submitting a bid the bidder waives the right to contest the Municipality’s award decision.
