About

A buyer is seeking a supplier for snow-making chemicals to treat 1,000,000 gallons of water and to provide ongoing, as-required seasonal supply and delivery for Hidden Valley Skill Hill. Respondents must indicate unit of measure, minimum (required or recommended) delivery amount, and a delivered price based on the 1,000,000-gallon quantity; provide the recommended application rate and dosing instructions; submit product specifications and manufacturer literature demonstrating compatibility with existing resort snowmaking equipment without clogging, fouling, corroding, scaling, or causing damage to nozzles, pumps, compressors, piping, valves or other snowmaking equipment; and include a short form Material Safety Data Sheet. Pricing for evaluation must be inclusive of all delivery costs, final contract quantities are estimates only, and historical seasonal usage has ranged from approximately 10 million to 13 million gallons of water treated.
