Tender: Supply of Three Light/Intermediate Helicopters for Aerial Ungulate Surveys — Alberta

The Province is seeking a supplier of three light/intermediate helicopters to conduct aerial ungulate surveys across Alberta from south of Red Deer to the US border and from the Saskatchewan to British Columbia borders, with contingency flights potentially in the Cadomin, AB area. Approximately 80% of services are expected to be on EC120 aircraft and 20% on AS350B3, with acceptable helicopter models listed as two EC-120s and one AS350B3; other equivalent models may be considered if a written inquiry is submitted to the Contracting Manager. Helicopters will be positioned as required throughout Alberta, and proponents must possess the proposed aircraft at the time of proposal submission with the documentation outlined in Attachment #2; individual aircraft may not be included in multiple proposals across different companies.
