Tender: Supply of Two Benchtop Multiple Reactor Systems for NRC Clean Energy Innovation Research Centre (Canada)

The National Research Council of Canada’s Clean Energy Innovation (CEI) Research Centre is seeking a supplier for two benchtop multiple reactor systems (Solicitation No. 26-58202) to support high-throughput real-time characterization of hydrometallurgical and crystallization processes as part of the Critical Battery Materials Initiative (CBMI). The first system must include integrated sampling automation that can be coupled to a self-driving acceleration platform and be capable of accurately collecting aliquots during hydrometallurgical testing of multi-component mixtures. The second system must provide multiple reactors to monitor turbidity, solubility, nucleation time and crystallization reactions accurately in real-time during hydrometallurgical testing. Units are expected to be received within 8 weeks of contract award. This Request for Proposal is open and subject to applicable trade agreements and the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement (only Canadian suppliers and suppliers of applicable trading partners are eligible); the contract will be awarded to the responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price that meets all mandatory technical criteria.
