The Town of Sundre is seeking a preferred partner to co-develop the Sundre Campus of Care through a public‑private partnership modeled after the Town of Beaverlodge’s health project. The Town wants a visionary partner who thrives in ambiguity, brings creative and innovative approaches, complements project objectives, adds value to the community, and can contribute capital and early works as partial in‑kind equity. Candidates must show a strong track record in similar projects across jurisdictions with local market knowledge, expertise in space planning, development and technical design, experience with facilities/space allocation models, feasibility studies and business cases, and the ability to generate revenue streams and positive financial outcomes while aligning with Sundre’s values. Long-term relationship building and an understanding of municipal and provincial governance are emphasized.
