Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada is seeking a supplier for services to update a public-facing interactive map to display housing needs across Canada and provide access to municipal housing needs assessments, Census data, and downloadable resources. Only selected TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 in the Region: Virtual/Remote Access, under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are invited to compete; uninvited SA Holders may request an invitation from the Contracting Authority up to five business days before the published bid closing date. One contract will be awarded as a result of the evaluation of responses; HICC reserves the right to accept any proposal as submitted without prior negotiations, and neither the highest-scoring nor the lowest-cost proposal will necessarily be accepted. Bids that fail to provide all information and documentation requested in the RFP by bid closure will be declared non-responsive.
