Public Safety Canada is seeking a contractor to provide a suitable venue, hospitality services and complete audio-visual services for a three-day Canada Centre conference on countering radicalization to violence, 'Megaweek 2027', for up to 500 participants. The event will include plenary sessions, concurrent breakout sessions, VIP activities, partner showcases, networking, side meetings and an evening reception on Day 1; the contractor must complete setup, configuration and testing before the event and provide onsite support throughout delivery and teardown. The preferred dates are three consecutive weekdays during the week of February 22, 2027, though bidders may propose other three-consecutive-weekday options in February 2027 (excluding February 15, Family Day); Public Safety Canada will select dates from bidder options and recommends award to the responsive bid with the lowest evaluated aggregate price for meeting space and hospitality for the selected dates, with a tie-breaker of lowest evaluated meeting space cost.
