Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking a single supplier to provide dedicated warehouse space in the National Capital Region (NCR) and on‑demand services to move, dismantle, and install office furniture, equipment and related goods/services. The requirement is split into two streams—Stream 1: moving, dismantling and installation services; Stream 2: warehousing services—and is procured on an “as and when requested” basis for an initial one‑year period with options to renew annually for up to two additional consecutive years. The procurement is conditionally set aside under the federal Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) if two or more Indigenous businesses submit bids. Security obligations include a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) for the contractor, Reliability Status for personnel requiring access to sensitive sites, prior written permission from the Contract Security Program (CSP) for subcontracts with security requirements, and compliance with the attached Security Requirements Check List, Supplemental Security and Classification Guide (if applicable), and the Contract Security Manual. The solicitation is subject to applicable trade agreements such as the WTO-AGP and CETA.
