WCB is seeking a supplier to develop and maintain a cloud-based SaaS training portal to be used by third-party training providers, learners, employers and WCB administrators. The Solution must let training providers publish programs and storefronts, submit and manage applications and course materials, issue and maintain learner records and certificates (including suspension/revocation), enable learners and employers to find, register and share courses and certificates, and provide administrators with application review, reporting, analytics dashboards and exportable reports. The platform must store all data in Canada on secure servers, be available 24/7, work on modern browsers and mobile devices, support English and French, allow multiple document uploads and links/downloadable forms, provide implementation, customization, hosting, ongoing maintenance and technical/customer support (including after-hours), and is expected to run for five years with a preferred start date of January 1, 2027.
