The Rural Municipality of Miry Creek No. 229 is seeking a contractor to load, haul and stockpile approximately 10,000 cubic yards of gravel from the RM gravel pit at NW 9-23-20 W3 to a stockpile site at NW 9-20-20 W3, a haul distance of about 25 miles, with all work to be completed by March 15, 2027. The contractor must supply its own loader with a working scale and have access to a minimum of two truck units; tenders must include loading, haul and stockpiling rates, an equipment listing, proof of liability insurance, a WCB Letter of Good Standing and a reference. Tenders close at 4:00 PM on Friday, November 6, 2026, will be opened at the Council meeting on November 12, 2026, and must be clearly marked "2026/2027 Winter Gravel Load, Haul & Stockpile Tender"; submissions may be made in person, by fax or by email as set out in the tender document.
