Oungre Memorial Regional Park is seeking a renter to operate its park kitchen year‑round beginning January 1, 2027, for a minimum one‑year term with longer arrangements considered. The successful renter will operate the kitchen and be responsible for staffing, cleaning, securing insurance and permits, and meeting regulatory requirements; they will be responsible for equipment repair, servicing or replacement costs only when those costs result from neglect or improper maintenance. Utilities, rent and payment terms will be negotiated. Proposals must state the proposed rental amount and payment schedule, relevant experience, intended use of the kitchen, proposed daily hours of operation, contact information, and confirmation of ability to meet insurance and permit requirements. Tenders are due by November 1, 2026, and may be submitted by email on or before that date; Oungre Memorial Regional Park reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted.
