About

Shared Services Canada awarded a contract to 2keys Corporation for license and maintenance fees for client software related to Distributed Computing Environment (DCE).

This is a restatement of contract #2B0KBQ0502 dated 2011-11-03, correcting the contract date; it is not a new contract.

The contracting numbers 2B0KBQ0502 and P000024559 replace 2B0KB11909 as part of a system migration of the GCKey contract.

The contract was competitively sourced through Open Bidding and is a multi-year contract with a value of CAD 41,208,903.78.

For a contract with task authorizations, the realized amount is contingent on the number of task authorizations issued and may be less than the amount proactively disclosed, dependent on the operational requirements of the department.
