About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a contractor for replacement of the bridge carrying Highway 547 over the WID Irrigation Canal near Arrowwood in the Southern Region. The project scope covers traffic accommodation for bridge construction, demolition and disposal of the existing bridge, driven pile installation (32 piles, HP310x94) and supply of approximately 315 metres of HP310x94 piling, construction of abutments and piers, supply/fabrication/delivery/erection of 10.0 m SLW-510 precast concrete units, placement of 175 cubic metres of Class 1 heavy rock riprap, 420 tonnes of Asphalt Concrete Pavement (Mix Type M1, PG 52-34), and roadway work on Hwy 547 plus access roads and Township Road 220A; the contractor must supply all materials.
