Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a supplier for the BF06754-1 major bridge replacement carrying Highway 842:06 over the Bow River at NE 9-21-21-W4M, including preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction and fabrication supervision, post-construction and warranty inspection, and related grading, granular base course and asphalt concrete pavement work; this RFP is available only to the three shortlisted proponents (Associated Engineering Alberta Ltd, COWI North America Ltd., WSP Canada Inc.). Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files—Part One (technical qualifications) and Part Two (proposal fee)—each under 10 MB. This is a Request for Proposal (not an Invitation to Tender) and Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors may request clarifications, accept a proposal without negotiation, reject a proposal without negotiation, or negotiate changes to the technical or financial content of the successful proposal.
