About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a Regional Bridge Engineering Consultant to deliver bridge inspection, assessment, preliminary engineering, detailed design, tender preparation, material fabrication inspection, construction supervision, contract administration, post-construction and other miscellaneous engineering services for major bridges in the Peace Region. This RFP is available only to the three short‑listed proponents from RFEI 2026‑05: Associated Engineering Alberta Ltd., COWI North America Ltd., and WSP Canada Inc.; any submission from other firms will be returned without review. Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files—Part One (Qualification Submission) and Part Two (Fee Proposal)—each under 10 MB. No payment will be made for proposal preparation costs, and selection will be based on the best overall value to Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors rather than necessarily the lowest cost.
