Tender: City of Regina Inclusive Talent Acquisition Strategy — Consulting Services to Finalize Draft

City of Regina is seeking qualified consultants to review, refine and enhance its draft Inclusive Talent Acquisition Strategy by assessing and integrating current corporate initiatives — including the Accessibility Plan, kâ-nâsihcikêwin Indigenous Framework, 2SLGBTQIAP+ Action Plan and IDEA commitments — into a cohesive five-year strategy. Services required include development of strategic recommendations, an implementation roadmap, performance measures, executive-ready materials and a final strategy document to support inclusive talent acquisition and workforce planning. The contract term is four months, with a City option to extend for a further three months. Submissions marked “COR 26-00271 Inclusive Talent Acquisition Strategy” must be received by the City of Regina Procurement Branch via email no later than 02:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on November 12, 2026; this procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement.
