About

The Department of National Defence is seeking a Performance Management Consulting Firm under Stream 2 (Business Consulting — Change Management Services) to deliver services under a single contract for 24 months with two optional one‑year extensions. This solicitation is open only to suppliers pre‑qualified under the Task‑Based Professional Services (TSPS) Solution‑Based arrangement (SA E60ZT-16TSSB); RFP documents will be e-mailed directly to qualified holders and are not available on CanadaBuys. Work is to be performed on contractors’ own premises in the National Capital Region, the procurement is Tier 1 (under $4.75M), and security requirements include Designated Organization Screening (DOS) with Reliability-level document safeguarding. Bidders must provide the information required by article 2.3 of Part 2 related to contracts awarded to former public servants.
