About

Public Works and Government Services Canada is seeking engineers who are licensed, or eligible to be licensed, to provide a range of electrical and mechanical engineering services in Central, Eastern and Western Ontario. Proponents must submit a single proposal indicating interest in one, several or all regions; the Request for Standing Offer may result in the authorization of up to three standing offers for each region, each standing offer lasting three years, and Canada anticipates the total value of these standing offers to be approximately $8,000,000. An amendment sets the closing deadline for all required supporting documentation and bid submissions as November 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST, and bids received after that time will be declared non-responsive.
