About

The City of Steinbach is seeking a consulting engineering firm to provide services for the 2027 Deerfield Pond #3 project, including review of the Deerfield Pond #3 Conceptual Plan to identify opportunities to increase stormwater resilience, and the detailed design and construction of a stormwater retention pond between two existing ponds, grading of the public reserve and coordination with adjacent properties, a limestone pathway around the new pond connecting to the existing pathway from Creekside Place and to Wyndham Estate Drive, and sidewalk extensions along Wyndham Estate Drive fronting the public reserve and from Beaverbrook Dr to the existing pathway.
