About

HMMS, on behalf of Information Technology Services at St. Joseph’s Health Care London, is seeking a consultant to provide ERP Solution Vendor and System Implementer (SI) procurement advisory services. The consultant will support two separate procurements (ERP vendor and SI), develop the ERP Solution Vendor RFP using outputs from a prior ERP consulting engagement (including needs and readiness assessments, requirements documentation, ERP solution comparison and related planning deliverables, with two supporting documents provided as appendices 3 and 4), translate those outputs into clear RFP requirements and evaluation criteria, and may perform deeper analysis of current and future processes if required. The consultant will advise HMMS and the evaluation committee throughout vendor evaluations by identifying focus areas, developing vendor presentation questions, recommending vendor demonstrations, participating in evaluation engagements as an advisor, and may support contract negotiations and implementation scoping with selected vendors to build implementation scope and support subsequent contract negotiations.
