About

The RM of Loreburn No. 254 is seeking a contractor to haul and stockpile 15,000 cubic yards of aggregate from the municipal gravel stockpile at SE 8-28-28 W2 to the stockpile at NW 23-28-05 W3, a 36-mile loaded haul to be completed by March 1, 2027. Sealed tenders must be marked 'Gravel Stockpile Tender' and received by 4 pm on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, and must include a letter of good standing with Sask WCB, proof of liability insurance (minimum $2 million), a bid bond or certified cheque for 5% of the total tender value, three references, and a list of equipment proposed for haul and stockpile (required: payloader with scale). Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the lowest or any tender is not necessarily accepted.
