Tender: Integrated Marketing Services for Destination Canada in Japan with Support for South Korea and China

Destination Canada is seeking a supplier for integrated marketing services primarily in Japan, with the expertise, resources and operating flexibility to provide support in South Korea and China as required. Proponents must demonstrate a strong understanding of tourism marketing, traveller demand, aviation and air-access dynamics, distribution and travel trade, and other factors affecting visitation from Asia to Canada. The successful contractor will deliver strategic partnerships, media relations and public relations, social media, consumer marketing, travel trade development, strategic industry engagement, and event and experience management to grow awareness, consideration and conversion among Destination Canada’s Highly Engaged Guests (HEGs); the contractor may engage subcontractors but remains fully responsible for their performance and quality, and may be required to collaborate with Destination Canada’s other service providers to ensure communications align with DC’s mandate, brand and corporate strategy.
