Tender: Lease of 513.0 Usable m² Contiguous Office Space in Yellowknife – 10-Year Term from Oct 1, 2029 (Plus 1 Energized Parking Space)

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking a supplier for a potential lease of approximately 513.0 usable square metres of contiguous office space in the city of Yellowknife, with an approximately 10-year term commencing on or about October 1, 2029 and a right of early termination on or after October 1, 2037 with at least 12 months’ written notice. The space must include one outdoor energized parking space, be available about 48 weeks before the lease commencement date to allow preparation for occupancy, and be located in an office or commercial type building (industrial or warehouse/manufacturing buildings will not be considered, while mixed-use may be considered at PSPC’s discretion). The proposed space must be contiguous, fully accessible to persons with a disability, include a dedicated telecommunications room of no less than 9.0 m² (this room is not part of the lessee’s usable area but is included in the rentable area calculation), and provide cleaning services during business hours. The physical characteristics of the building and surrounding area must be compatible with PSPC’s intended use, dimensions must support efficient design and use, and the space must comply with PSPC’s Standards for Leased Accommodation by the lease commencement date. PSPC may visit or inspect the proposed space and may conduct a threat and risk assessment.
