Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking available contiguous office space for lease in the Greater Victoria area (City of Langford or City of Colwood) of approximately 381.0 usable square metres for a lease term of approximately ten (10) years commencing on or about August 1, 2029, with two options to extend the lease for two additional periods of two (2) years each. The proposed space should be contiguous, preferably ground floor, located within the following boundaries (including sites on either side of the roads): North: Hwy 1, Florence Lake Road, Setchfield Ave, Treanor Ave; South: Sooke Road; East: Bellamy Road, Veterans Memorial Parkway; West: West Shore Parkway. The space must be available approximately twenty (20) weeks prior to the lease commencement date to allow preparation for occupancy, must comply with PSPC’s Standards for Leased Accommodation by the lease commencement date, and may be subject to inspection and a threat and risk assessment.
