About

The Ministry is seeking a supplier for a ticketing and visitor experience system to support ticketing, reservations, admissions, memberships, event registration, retail sales, customer communications, reporting, customer relationship management and visitor engagement. The RFI requests information on system capabilities to support configurable products, booking processes, pricing models, inventory management, reporting, customer communications permissions and business rules across its attractions, and responses may be used to develop future procurement requirements.
