About

MTO is seeking a contractor for the complete replacement of the roof at the Morriston Patrol Yard. The work requires removal and disposal of the existing roofing assembly down to the structural deck, raising and modifying parapets, removal of an existing brick chimney, installation of a new insulated two-ply modified bitumen roofing system with tapered insulation for positive drainage, replacement of flashing and pre-painted metal cap flashing, application of required sealants, redistribution of ballast, final site clean-up, and provision of applicable warranties. The contractor must provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision and disposal services, and perform all work in accordance with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
