Global Affairs Canada is seeking a supplier for Phase 2 delivery of core capabilities of the MyTCS client portal to provide a secure, personalized space where Trade Commissioner Service clients can access tailored information based on their self-identified profile and preferences. The contractor will be responsible for full end-to-end solution delivery connecting TCS systems and data with components such as CanadaLogin, Akamai, Coveo, Entra ID and External ID, and CoPilot (EVA chatbot) as described in the MyTCS DXP Solution Architecture and solution design documentation, procured under the SBIPS Stream 11 – Systems Integration domain. This requirement is open only to SBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN537-05IT01 who qualified under Tier 1 (invited SA Holders listed in the notice), is intended to result in one contract, runs from contract award to March 31, 2028, and carries Minimum Corporate and Resource Security requirements of Secret with Document Safeguarding at Protected B (note SA Holders do not need the required clearance to submit a bid).
