Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and Sourcewell are seeking suppliers for laboratory and science equipment, supplies and related technology and services to establish a regional and/or national contracting solution for their members across Canada. The procurement, established through a purchasing relationship with Sourcewell and SARM, is posted on behalf of multiple provincial and national associations and is intended for use by thousands of members including governmental bodies, higher education, K‑12 education, not‑for‑profit organizations, tribal governments and other public agencies across all provinces and territories. The full RFP is available on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal (https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov) and proposals must be submitted through that portal by November 10, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Central Time. The solicitation will result in contracting under applicable Canadian trade agreements (including CFTA, Ontario‑Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, CETA, NWPTA, ATPP).
