About

Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and Sourcewell are seeking suppliers for laboratory and science equipment, supplies, consumables, related technology (hardware and software), and services including lab planning and setup, training, consultation and technical support to establish regional or national contracting solutions for public sector members across Canada and the United States. The solicitation covers equipment, instruments, accessories, replacement parts, specimens and chemicals, technology for ordering and management, turnkey delivery and installation where required, and may also accept equipment-only or products-only solutions in some situations. Resulting contracts are expected to be four years with up to three additional one-year extensions and may serve thousands of governmental, higher education, K–12, nonprofit and tribal entities across Canadian provinces and territories and participating U.S. entities; proposals are due November 9, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Central Time and late proposals will not be considered.
