Small Craft Harbours (SCH) is seeking a contractor to provide propeller wash and clamshell dredging services at three Fraser River small craft harbours: Kanaka Landing (north side of the Fraser River at the foot of McKay Street, Maple Ridge, BC; UTM 10U 530790m E 5448592m N) with a harbour dredge depth goal of -2.5 m Chart Datum; McMillan Island (end of Glover Road on the north side of McMillan Island, adjacent to the former Albion Ferry wharf, Langley, BC; UTM 10U 531559m E 5447558m N) with a harbour dredge depth goal of -3.5 m Chart Datum; and McIvor’s Landing (south side of the Fraser River, approx. 4 km upstream of the Fort Langley Ferry dock at the foot of 252nd Street, Langley, BC; UTM 10U 534615m E 5445688m N) with a harbour dredge depth goal of -2.5 m Chart Datum. The contractor must supply all supervision, labour, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, quality control, health and safety practices, environmental protection, and any other services necessary for complete execution of the work. Bidders may visit the sites at their own expense to review and verify site conditions, access, materials and other factors affecting the work, and no allowance will be made later for errors or omissions in observing conditions. The project must be completed within the Fisheries and Oceans Canada Fish and Fish Habitat Protection Program work window from December 1, 2026 to February 15, 2027 inclusive.
