The Rural Municipality of Heart's Hill No.352 is seeking a supplier for a new tridem axle gravel haul trailer with approximately 27–28 cubic yard capacity, belly-dump cross clam with a 36 inch opening, two compartments, approximately 40 feet in length, air ride suspension, 25,000 lb capacity per axle, and a load cover/tarp; the trailer must be new (not used) and in-stock units are preferred. Quotes should include pictures, dimensions and warranty details; vendors may submit one or more bids with a separate quote for each trailer. Prices should be held until council reviews quotes on October 10, 2026, and submissions must be emailed by 4:00 p.m. on October 5, 2026 (late submissions will not be accepted).
