Tender: RCMP National Standing Offer for Conducted Energy Weapon (CEW) Testing

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking a supplier for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) to provide Conducted Energy Weapon (CEW) testing. Call-ups against the standing offer may be made for five (5) years from issuance, with the option to extend the standing offer for up to three additional one (1) year option periods; the anticipated start date is January 4, 2027. This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner under the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. Basis of selection is Mandatory Technical Criteria Only: offers must meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive, and the responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
