The National Battlefields Commission is seeking a supplier for the redevelopment of Cap Diamant Phase 2 in Quebec City. All work must be completed no later than November 30, 2026, with work allowed to begin on October 14, 2026; the tender closes Monday, October 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (EST).
